Thanks to a generous grant from Virgin Media O2, Knaresborough Lions were able to take a number of residents who were lonely and isolated on trips to Harlow Carr Gardens. For some, it was their first trip out of Knaresborough since lockdown hit and all enjoyed the resplendent gardens as well as a cup of tea at Bettys.
The #VMO2TogetherFund was created to bring communities together and create positive change for good causes. July 4th is #ThankYouDay, celebrating our amazing community to say thank you for all their support. @VMO2 is bringing people together to help build a kinder, closer and more connected society.
